About me
Hi, I'm Siyana
Hi, my name is Siyana. Having lived in different countries and worked in the corporate world for the past decade, I have come to understand some of the complexities of building a life in a busy and demanding world, especially when it comes to identity and belonging, adapting to change, and navigating pressure and uncertainty.
I hold an MSc in Psychology from the UK, accredited by the British Psychological Society and recognised by the Luxembourg Ministry of Higher Education and Research. I have also trained as a counsellor with the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors and gained practical experience supporting people through my work with a crisis helpline.
I bring psychological knowledge together with a practical, human perspective shaped by real life experience. Stress, grief, relationship difficulties, burnout and major life changes rarely affect just one part of us. They can influence how we think and feel, but also our relationships, confidence, energy, sense of identity and ability to function day to day.
My aim is to create a respectful and confidential environment where you can speak openly, make sense of what you are experiencing, and explore what may genuinely help.
I practise in English and Bulgarian. I also have knowledge of Luxembourgish and French, which we can draw on when it helps you express yourself or feel better understood.
